On April 15 there will be a swap meet in the pool area from 8:00 to 2:00. This is a good time to clean out your condo or garage area. Drop off starting Thursday April 13 12:00 to 3:00 and Friday April 14 9:00 to 12:00. If you need help moving items call the office to coordinate. 941-349-6776. Anything left over will be donated or put out for bulk pickup.

I guess we are the last to go to Grillsmith on 41. They have a great deal on Mondays. You get a three course meal for with $19 or $25 depending on the entree you select. There are 4 entrees in the $19 and 4 entrees in the $25. You have choice of soup or salad and two desserts. the food was excellent and nice portions. If you haven’t been in awhile, check them out again.

This is a presentation about Florida SB-4 which states how condominiums must deal with Reserves and Inspections.

The forum picks up your name from when you first created an account. For some there is no name so it doesn't show in your posts. To update your profile so your name shows with the posts, return to the home screen. In the upper right corner you will see a small bell and a V. Click on the V and and select profile. You will see three dots aligned vertically. Click on those dots and select edit. You can then fill in your name. Then scroll down and select Update to save the information.
