Window in guest bedroom closest to front door (on left when entering bedroom) does not open properly. It is very difficult to open and will not stay open once pushed up. On or about 4/24/24 I sent a work order and had follow up emails from Jodi assuring me that Absolute would be working on windows/sliders and this window would be put on the list for repair or replacement.

More info pertaining to water leaking in at the sliders. A few months ago the drainpipe from the penthouse patio on the left side wall of our sliders was removed. Could this be connected to whatever has caused the issue?

URGENT Our son and daughter-in-law are in our unit, and saw a water mark/ staining on the tiled floor in front of our sliders at the time of their arrival last week.They came home today when it was raining and water is coming in at the sliders, Left hand side. They’re sandbagging with towels and have rolled up carpets. Contacted Jodi on June 28 and again today (Sunday) & have sent her photos. She is getting Dale to have a look but now it’s urgent. Thanks😊

Window in living room not staying up .

Walkway window closest to front door in guest bedroom is off kilter causing difficulty in opening. Dale knows which window as he saw it. Window need adjusting.

The paper on the floor of the C building elevator has become torn , soiled and unslightly. Wondering if it could be replaced. I will do it myself if advised where the paper is stored

Water leaking in garage from drain pipe. Looks like a shower.

Last zero fell off Unit # above condo door - needs regluing. I found it.

Metal gate needs to be replaced. Electrical box has been dislodged and needs to be checked.

Please put a hook or hooks behind the TV in social room to hang cables.

C garage entrance to C lobby - pooled water from rain? leaking plumbing? leaking irrigation? Mat soaked & fan utilized

There is no hot water at the sink in the social room kitchen. Also, does that mean no hot water to the dishwasher?
