Walkway window closest to front door in guest bedroom is off kilter causing difficulty in opening. Dale knows which window as he saw it. Window need adjusting.

There is no hot water at the sink in the social room kitchen. Also, does that mean no hot water to the dishwasher?

Please put Out Of Order sign on #3 dryer in B building. The timer is definitely off as it didn't dry after two attempts. We will discuss at the next meeting and vote to replace.

A large piece of drywall has come down in the C garage, courtyard side, by spot 404/104. Looks like it's just sitting there on an AC line set or some other electric/plumb line. FYI.
